Summer Classes for Kids and Teens!
Parents, your kids will have a great time in our fun crafty classes! Taught by qualified instructors, your kiddos will explore their creative side in our great facility. Please feel free to drop them off, or stay and join us in the fun! The classes are meant to mix & match according to your availability and needs. A coupon for Amy's Ice Cream, included in the class fee!
Parents will be required to sign a release form prior to the start of a class at Craft-O-Rama.

Summer Kids Classes (Ages 6-10)
All classes are a one time session from 9am-12pm on the calendar days listed below:
Sewing 101: Tues. 6/3, Tues. 6/17, Tues. 7/1, Tues. 7/15, Tues. 7/29, Tues. 8/12
Getting to know the sewing machine in this class, we'll learn how to wind a bobbin, thread the machine, sewing a straight seam, backstitching, using seam allowance and more!! Our project will be a cute bedroom pillow designed by you! Fee: $36 + $7 materials fee
Juggling Balls : Thurs. 6/5, Thurs. 6/26, Tues. 7/22, Thurs. 8/14
Oh what fun! Pick out your own fabrics and stitch up these cute juggling balls to take home and play with for hours. You even get to learn a little juggling too! Fee: $36 + $7 materials fee

Funky, funky sock monkeys! Pick out your socks and whip up a monkey you'll love for years to come! Fee: $36 + $7 materials fee

You've seen them, they are crazy, wild and oh so cuddly! Using wool felt, fabric scraps, buttons and trims, create a one of a kind sweet or scary monster! Fee: $36 + $7 materials fee
Hand Painted Apron or Tool belt: Thurs. 6/19, Thurs. 7/10, Tues. 8/5
Sew up your own tool belt or apron and decorate it to your heart's delight with fabric paints, stamps, buttons and more! Fee: $36 + $7 materials fee
Using methods of collage we'll design a wall hanging using our creativity and fabric scraps! Fee: $36 + $7 materials fee
Summer Teens Classes (Ages 11-18)
All classes are a one time session from 1pm-5pm on the calendar days listed below:

We'll make our own pattern in this class for a cute and stylish handbag. You get to bring the creativity and pick your own fabrics! Fee: $47 + $15 materials fee
Knitting 101: Tues. 6/10, Wed. 7/2, Thurs. 7/24, Wed. 8/13
Learn how to knit! In this class we'll learn how to cast on stitches, how to garter stitch and purl, and how to bind off to finish a piece. Our project will be to make a knitted wristlet with pom pom adornments! Fee: $47 + $12.50 materials fee
Ruffly A-line Skirt: Fri.6/6, Fri. 6/27, Fri. 7/18, Fri. 8/15
Using a pattern we make ourselves, we'll sew up a cute little a-line skirt with a ruffled hem. You'll even take home a muslin pattern to use over and over again to make lots more skirts! Fee: $48 + $16 materials fee

Pick your fabrics for your pillow, and we'll make a cool pillow with a buttonhole closure and sewn on appliquŽs, for your bedroom. Fee: $48 + $12 material fee

Bring in your old favorite pair of jeans that you grew out of, a couple of old t-shirts, or whatever clothing that you used to love but want to reuse in a different way, that you design. Fee: $48 + $5 materials fee
Fashion Illustration: Thurs. 6/12, Wed. 7/3, Tues. 7/22, Thurs. 8/21
Learn how to draw fashion illustrations like the pros! No figure drawing skills necessary, we will show you how. Using graphite pencils, colored pencils and colored markers, create your own fabulous fashion designs on paper. Fee: $48 + $10 materials fee
